First things first, let’s be friends!! Tell me all about you and your fiance, your wedding date, vision, vibe–anything and everything important to you for your wedding. If you want photography, videography, or BOTH, there's a package for you here.
ONE
You’ll hear back from me within 1-2 business days; we can’t wait to get started and meet you! You’ll also get a scheduling link from me to put yourself on my calendar when it works best for you. If we’re local to each other, I’d love to grab coffee and go over everything in person. Otherwise, we can do a video call!
TWO
Once we know we’re a good fit and we understand what you need for your unique wedding, we will figure out a package and I’ll send over your client portal–it’ll have your contract and invoices all in one spot to make things official. We will set up your payment plan starting with a 25% retainer fee to put your date in pen on my calendar!
THREE
Let’s dream up your engagement shoot and capture your love together. We can’t wait for this–we’ll get to know each other, hang out, talk all things wedding, and capture some amazing images of your love. I’ll send your photos within 3 weeks, and then as we get closer to your date, we’ll set up timeline consultations so we can take any stress off of you in planning. We’ll make sure to figure out all the details and be prepped for your new favorite day.

Finally, your wedding day is here!! We cannot wait to walk alongside you during this, making sure your day runs smoothly and stress free, and capturing the day as it comes.

The best part ever–sneaks peaks will be in your inbox within 7 days, and your entire gallery will follow by 3 weeks from your wedding date. I’m just as obsessed with your wedding photos as you are, so no waiting around over here.

Yes!
Both of our "All In" packages include a second shooter for extra coverage. If you choose another package that doesn't include one, we can absolutely add on a second shooter starting at $350 (depending on the wedding location and timing).
Can I add a second photographer?

Absolutely!
Justin will handle the video side of your wedding! He is extremely skilled at capturing your wedding day and its unique story. If you have another photographer lined up, that is no problem at all. We love capturing your wedding day in video, whether that is a ceremony recording, reception moments, an entire highlight video, or all of the above!!

The only shot list we need is a family shot list--this helps us to run the family photo section of your day smoothly and efficiently. I'll give you all the details as we plan for your wedding, so don't worry about it just yet.
Other than that, we actually prefer you don't send a shot list for either photography or videography. We have our wedding day formula down for how to best capture your day as it happens, while keeping in mind all the moving parts of your day. If you have a specific photo you want that is untraditional or very unique, let us know and we can definitely plan for it, but a full shot list is unnecessary.

Nope.
RAW files are useless to you, as they are unfinished work and extremely large to handle. We don't deliver RAW files ever. If you're looking for "Unedited/raw footage" of videos from your day, we will want to know about what you're looking for in advance to plan ahead to serve you well in how we shoot! Extra footage requested will be invoiced accordingly.

One of our biggest goals before booking with our couples is to make sure we align in style. If you don't love the work you see here, please find a photographer or videographer that you really vibe with! It would be a big bummer for you to not love your wedding photos or videos.
However, if you do receive your photos from us and have a specific request, reedits will be charged at an hourly rate with a one hour minimum. As far as small distractions such as removals or skin retouching, your photos will have very minimal and natural retouches. We do not include extensive retouches on appearances--we believe you are fearfully and wonderfully made, and altering your appearance is not something we do.

100%. I love a couple's shoot, regardless of if I'm also shooting your wedding. Anniversary shoot? I'll be there. Just for fun? Let's make it happen. Maternity? Precious. Just let us know what kind of shoot you're looking for in your contact form.

Literally anyone who wants those once in a lifetime moments in long-form video to look back on. Your wedding ceremony only happens once, and our Ceremony Recording add on is a perfect way to share with family and friends who couldn't make it to your wedding, or to just look back on for years to come.
The Reception Key Moments add on captures your "Grand Entrances" to your reception, speeches, and special dances all in full length form. Our highlight videos are shot to include clips of these moments, but to include a full recording of these moments with audio, we need to plan ahead to capture this specifically. Let us know what you need, and we can make it happen.

Who are the video add ons for?

We record audio in two ways, usually. First, we will record audio from whomever is running your sound (usually your DJ). This works for both ceremony and reception recordings. Second, we will mic your officiant and both bride and groom with small, concealed mics that you can put on and forget about (even before your first look if you have one).
This will allow us to include vows in your video, and is a great way for us to ensure a high quality recording of your ceremony if something were to glitch with the live audio during your ceremony. No, our mics will not cause any audio feedback with your DJ's mics.

We are happy to come to where you are or wherever your event is taking place!
If you're destination is within driving distance, we will just tack on a travel fee for locations over 100 miles from us. Other expenses will be added on accordingly.
Want to fly us somewhere? We're world travelers and up for the adventure!! We can create a custom travel package for you.
